Summer schedule begins June 17th Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-9:45
This is a beginner or older adult class. Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health. It can help you take charge of your health and maintain the level of fitness necessary for an active, independent lifestyle. Our class keeps motivation alive while also providing a source of fun, stress relief and a place to meet friends. Light weights are used, 1-5lbs. please bring them with you to class. We will be on our feet until the final 15 minutes of optional Flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat. Below is the class structure:
Warm up ~ Strength training ~ Cardio Endurance ~ Cool down ~ Balance ~ Flexibility
Wear light clothing and comfortable sneakers that provide good support and bring WATER!
